The harvest has begun
The first crates have come into the cellar. As every autumn, the whole team is out in the vineyards, and Julien Vautrey plans the picking plot by plot, following the ripeness of each grape variety.
In the cellar, Aline Vautrey receives the grapes and starts the first fermentations. The estate smells of fresh must from morning to night.
Staying at the estate during the harvest
Our harvest weekend rates apply on Fridays and Saturdays from 18 September to 10 October 2026. On these weekends, we ask for a minimum stay of 2 nights.

The Saturday tour
The cellar tour with tasting runs Saturdays at 10:30 am and 3 pm. It is the perfect time to see the cellar in full swing. Book with the cellar on +41 22 000 00 33.
